1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at seasidesqueegeeboys.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts us through our website, phone, or any other channel. 2. About Our Services

Seaside Squeegee Boys is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company based in South Portland, Maine. We provide the following services to residential and commercial customers in the greater Portland, Maine area:

• Window Cleaning — Interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses
• Window Screen Cleaning — Removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of window screens
• Gutter Cleaning — Full gutter clearing, debris removal, and flush-out

We serve the following areas: South Portland, Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, Portland, and Falmouth, Maine. Service availability outside these areas is at our sole discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided by Seaside Squeegee Boys are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of inquiry.
• Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., additional windows, excessive debris in gutters, screens in poor condition requiring extra labor).
• We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work whenever possible.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text message.
• We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
• Please ensure that gates, access points, and areas to be serviced are accessible on the day of your appointment. If our crew is unable to access the property as needed, a trip charge may apply.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate written agreement has been made in advance.
• We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
• Invoices not paid within 15 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
• For larger commercial jobs, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service performed, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Satisfaction re-service requests made after 24 hours or that involve conditions outside of our control (such as weather events after cleaning) may not qualify for complimentary re-service.

7. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service with Seaside Squeegee Boys, you confirm that:

• You are the property owner or an authorized representative with permission to schedule exterior cleaning services on the property
• You will ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas to be serviced on the scheduled date
• You will secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or easily damaged items near work areas prior to our arrival
• You will inform us of any known hazards, fragile windows, broken screens, or structural concerns before we begin work
• You understand that older or pre-existing conditions (cracked caulking, worn window seals, damaged gutters, etc.) may be made more apparent during cleaning and are not the responsibility of Seaside Squeegee Boys

8. Limitation of Liability

Seaside Squeegee Boys carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions that were not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from faulty construction, deteriorated materials, or improper prior installation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• We are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, or third-party actions

9. Insurance

10. Website Use

By using seasidesqueegeeboys.com you agree to the following:

• You will not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site
